Mayfield Settlement Funding is here to HELP – by getting you cash NOW!

We understand how long it can take to resolve your lawsuit. Sometimes it takes months and sometimes it can take years. Our lawsuit cash advances or cash “loans” are not really a “loan” but a non-recourse advance on the settlement you expect to receive at time of settlement of your case. A non-recourse advance is a NO RISK TO YOU advance which you are not required to repay if you do not receive any settlement or award from your lawsuit.

Our process is fast and it’s easy. There are no upfront costs to you, no monthly billing or and no collateral is required. Your poor credit history or employment history are not used in determining the amount we can fund to you now and in the future. Our in-house funding underwriters work strictly off the details of your case.

If you have suffered injuries because of someone else’s negligence and are waiting on a settlement, a personal injury advance or “loan” may be a solution to how to pay your monthly household bills, or an unexpected financial need.

Mayfield Settlement Funding is one of the fastest and most reliable funding companies in the industry. We are a direct-lender – not a broker.

Birmingham is the largest city in the U.S. state of Alabama. The city is the county seat of Jefferson County. Founded in 1871 at the crossing of two railroad lines, Birmingham blossomed through the early 1900’s as it rapidly became the South’s foremost industrial center, Iron and steel production were a natural resource from the city. Beneath the city, lay abundant key ingredients to keep this city alive – coal, iron ore and limestone. Due to the high demand for natural resources, Birmingham was a primary industrial center of the South during the end of the 1960’s.

Though the manufacturing industry maintains a strong presence in the Birmingham area, other businesses and industries such as banking, telecommunications, transportation, electrical power transmission, medical care, college education, and insurance have risen in stature.

Before the first structure was built in Birmingham,Alabama, the plan of the city was laid out over a total of 1,160 acres by the directors of the Elyton Land Co. The streets were numbered from west to east, leaving Twentieth Street to form the central spine of downtown, anchored on the north by Capital Park and stretching into the slopes of Red Mountain to the south. A “railroad reservation” was granted through the center of the city, running east to west and zoned solely for industrial uses. As the city grew, bridges and underpasses separated the streets from the railroad bed, lending this central reservation some of the impact of a river (without the pleasant associations of a waterfront). From the start, Birmingham’s streets and avenues were unusually wide at 80 to 100 feet (24 to 30 m), purportedly to help evacuate unhealthy smoke.

In higher education, Birmingham has been the location of the University of Alabama School Of Medicine (formerly the Medical College of Alabama) and the University Of Alabama School Of Dentistry since 1947. Since that time it has also obtained a campus of the University of Alabama, University of Alabama at Birmingham (founded circa 1969), one of three main campuses of the University of Alabama System. It is also home to three private institutions: Samford University, Birmingham-Southern College, and Miles College.

All in all, Birmingham houses essential resources to our nation and has much to offer. On that note, we here at Mayfield Settlement Funding would like to inform you about the financial resources available to you in regards to a pending lawsuit that you may be facing. Mayfield Settlement Funding specializes in lawsuit funding for the Birmingham and surrounding areas.
